Thank you for a very pleasant experience. My car runs better and it took less time than I expected.
Zero stars. Drove forty miles to see a car that was supposedly there. Even received an email the morning of my appointment, confirming the appointment. Was told the car was offsite getting detailed upon arrival. Sat there for 20 minutes while they figured that out. Why confirm the appointment?? DECEPTIVE if you ask me. Lanie the salesman told me she would have the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Once there she told me the car would not be back until next week. NEVER BUYING A CAR THERE.
Kayla was fantastic. Extremely professional knowledgeable and polite. She also communicated very well with me.
The price is at this service center are almost double the price of other service centers in the area they don’t negotiate and after you leave, you feel ripped off

Took my car that I purchased there a few days after buying it. And they said that nothing was wrong with the car. Took it to another dealer a few days after that and they found $8000 of items wrong with the car.
